I painted this wide open landscape on location direct from nature, near Sarre in east Kent.
It shows the distant view of the countryside, with the old windmill in the far distance near the horizon.
It was a late summer day, when the sky kept changing from dark rainclouds, to sunlit spectacle, a pleasure to paint.
It is not framed.
